Federal District Court Judge in Harrisburg, Penn., Hears Four Hours of Oral Arguments Oct. 4, 2012, on Farm Bureau Lawsuit over Chesapeake Bay TMDL

On October 4, 2012, in federal court in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, U.S. District Judge Sylvia H. Rambo heard about four hours of oral arguments in the lawsuit filed by the American Farm Bureau Federation, the National Home Builders Association, and other plaintiffs over the U.S. EPA’s Chesapeake Bay Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL), issued in December 2010.  For more details, see Court hears legal challenge to Chesapeake Bay ‘pollution diet’, Baltimore Sun, 10/4/12.
