From October 18-December 17, 2012, the Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) is holding a series of six-hour training sessions designed to educate local government staff and other stakeholders about the history and implementation of Virginia’s Stormwater Management Law and Regulations and the 2012 Virginia General Assembly bills (HB 1065 and SB 407) that integrated elements of the Commonwealth’s Erosion and Sediment Control Act, Stormwater Management Act, and Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act.
