Water in the 2014 Virginia General Assembly – Opening Addresses by the Governor (Jan. 13) and the Speaker of the House (Jan. 8)

Following are links to the opening messages in the 2014 Virginia General Assembly by two of Virginia’s most influential public officials: Gov. Terry McAuliffe and House of Delegates Speaker William Howell.
