On July 1, 2014, Virginia Gov. Terry McCauliffe signed Executive Order 19, which re-convened the Governor’s Climate Change and Resiliency Update Commission. By June 30, 2015, the Commission is to review, update, and prioritize the recommendations of the 2008 Virginia Climate Change Action Plan, available online at http://www.epa.gov/statelocalclimate/state/state-examples/action-plans.html#va and at http://www.sealevelrisevirginia.net/main_CCC_files/. The 2008 plan was produced by group appointed in 2007 by then-Gov. Time Kaine.
