On Virginia Water Radio for 2-15-16: A Sea Duck with Gold in Its Eyes and Whistling in Its Wings

Virginia Water Radio’s latest episode, for the week of February 15, 2016, is “Common Goldeneye’s Wings Whistle Over Virginia’s Winter Waters.”  The 3 min./27 sec. episode, available online at http://www.virginiawaterradio.org/2016/02/episode-303-2-15-16-common-goldeneyes.html, focuses on a Virginia winter “sea duck” that’s distinctive for its bright eyes, whistling flight, and elaborate courtship displays.
